Roasted Garlic Chickpeas

These treats really fill the craving of munching mindlessly.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 °F (225 °C).
  2. Chop or mince garlic clove. Rinse and drain canned chickpeas.
  3. Mix chickpeas, minced garlic, olive oil and salt (seasoned to taste) together in shallow baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  4. After 20 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool. Eat at room temperature.
