Raspberry Cheesecake Squares

These low carb cheesecake squares are very good.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin into boiling water.
  2. Stir until well dissolved.
  3. In bowl, beat cream cheese until very creamy.
  4. With mixer running, add geltin,1/4 cup at a time.
  5. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  6. Pour into 8x8" pan, refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

This is an easy treat to whip up if your on a low carb diet. A nice treat. I added whipped cream to it.
