I added a little salsa to the mix and a dash of tabassco ..came out very well with a little "zappy zing"

Excellent, I've made it several times now. They're perfect for breakfast and it works well with substitutions (I didn't have bacon bits or ham, so I used some turkey breakfast sausage - came out great, just watch to equal the cals.) I expect to make it again and again!

The best recipe yet! I made extra so in the morning we can pop one in the micro and voila, instant breakfast. It was so easy to make, too.
