Pumpkin Pecan White Chocolate Treat

A white chocolate fantasty for Atkins followers.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soften up the butter and cream cheese by putting them in microwave until butter begins to melt.
  2. Using mixer, blend the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  3. Add pumpkin and cream and continue to blend. Then slowly add the pudding mix until all ingredients are mixed together well.
  4. Spoon on to wax paper and press pecan half onto the top of each to flatten out, about 24 pieces.
  5. Place in freezer and freeze, later placing into a covered dish in the freezer.

this is so good! I cant have nuts on atkins right now so I skipped it, but it tastes like butterscotch fudge to me.
