Potato Salad

Delicious potato salad with egg, sour cream and dill.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes to fork tender.
  2. Cool for 1 hour.
  3. Cut up potatoes in cubes and add mayonnaise, sour cream and salt.
  4. Add cut up hardboiled eggs.
  5. Sprinkle top with dill.
  6. Refrigerate overnight and mix up again, serve cold.
