Pinto Beans with Smoked Ham Hock

For some really good beans with plenty of taste.

Directions

  1. Combine beans and ham hocks in a large pot, cover with water.
  2. Add chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bring to boil and simmer uncovered for 3-4 hours until beans are tender.
