Yummy peanut butter cookies that are extremely low carb.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix all 3 ingredients together and roll into 20 balls.
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Bake for 9 to 10 minutes - bake to the size of half dollars.
- Divide the number of cookies by the carbs in the peanut butter to get a count per cookie.
- Note: you can use creamy or chunky peanut butter.

Starting out these cookies may not taste exactly as yummy as you would hope but I think the longer you go without sweets, the yummier these treats will be! When I made mine, they were a little brittle but still better than nothing. I am so greatful for this sweet treat. Thanks!

I'm confused about the amount of splenda. Is it 12 packets or 1 cup? It doesn't seem like 12 packets would be equal to 1 cup.

Not very good. I used the natural peanut butter. Crumbled so bad I couldnt pick one up. Just barely satisfied a tiny sweetooth
