An appetizing tilapia dish that's easy to prepare and enjoy.

First recipe from this site I have tried. After the first bite I told my wife I was going to give kudos to the source of the recipe.
My diet isn't what I would call painful to follow, but this is a dish I would make even if I was not on my diet. My wife and I cook together quite a bit (she's a natural, I tend to follow recipes or serve as sous-chef) so I was a little skeptical of the minimal ingredients and very basic preparation. This recipe is proof positive that simple does not mean inferior.
Including preparation, this recipe took all of 10 minutes to complete. Anyone can do this, it's as easy as nuking something in the microwave and tastes infinitely better. Added bonus of being healthy. I wouldn't give out 5 stars lightly. This recipe deserves it.
Kudos, Angeeqt.

very good - it is very easy and I used lemon juice instead of lime - thought it was great with lemon juice.

This is absolutely delicious! I had it with steamed broccoli on the side. I can't believe how good it was! And I even cut back on the parm and the oil.
