Crunchy chips that are great as a snack or tossed into a salad for a little extra crunch.

These things are great, I have been making them for years. I find it much easier to bake them on a non-stick cookie sheet.

They're very good but be careful not too burn them; they cook very fast. I burnt my first one, but the second one was delish! The other bad thing is that it takes quite a bit a cheese to make a few 3" "pancakes". Still great though if you are craving something like cheese nips.

These are a great snack, but not too filling. I used shredded parmesan cheese instead of grated and it was soo much better. My husband loved it!
