A quick and easy fish supper with lovely flavors.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pat dry tilapia with paper towel.
- Place flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder in bag.
- Add fish and shake to coat.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Add floured fillets to skillet and pan fry for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

I made this, and it was very good. I also added paprika and cheyanne pepper to my tilapia to give it a little kick!

This was fast and easy, 2 great reasons to make it! Very flavorful. I used Blue Hake instead. Tends to be spicy because of the pepper, but should be a family pleaser.

I did alter a bit. In leiu of flour, I used a 1/4 tsp of ground flax meal. Fantastic!!!

I used grouper instead of tilapia and it was amazing.

Not being a fish fan, I went into this recipie with an open mind. I must say, it definately wasn't that bad. I would make this again, but next time add a little spice to it. ;)
