Open-Faced Turkey Burgers
Turkey burger on top of a portabella mushroom with salad.
Ingredients
Directions
- Take turkey and make 4 1/4 pound burgers and either grill them or fry in pan.
- Take 4 portabella heads and bake them or grill them until tender.
- Make salad with the vegetables, toss in olive oil and vinegar.
- Put burgers on top of mushroom heads and add a slice of cheese on top. put back into oven until cheese is melted.
- Take out of oven and put on to plates.
- Add salad to the top of the burgers.
- Serve and enjoy.
