  1. In a saucepan, add all ingredients, stirring constantly to blend.
  2. Cook 2 minutes approximately over medium heat until desired thickness.

Yes, it's dairy free and it's made without animal products. I'm trying it because I used to do this recipe with grated apple and oats milk and this way the recipe has less calories
