Mock Peanut Butter Pie

A mock version of peanut butter pie that's great for sweet lovers.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Whip softened cream cheese with a mixer until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter and whipping cream (like Cool Whip) and mix until well blended.
  3. Spread into pie plate and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Note: I like to freeze mine sometimes and eat it like ice cream. Yummy! You can also add an artificial sweetener to your liking.

I used a filling close to this one and I used the "peanut butter drops" recipe to make a pie crust. It was amazing!!!

This would be a good thing to bring to family get-togethers as a dessert I am allowed to have! I will still have to use self-control though..

Feel free to use low fat or fat free cream cheese and fat free sugar free cool whip. I also add 2 packets of splenda. I like it much better with regular cream cheese though.
