Avacado and Tomato are avoids. I love Avacado but limit myself to an occasional special treat.

Avocados are to be avoided in Phase 1 (although Phase 2, I will be trying this).
It is eveb better with lime juice, garlic, and chili powder. I could just eat an entire bowl of this!

This sounds like a good recipe and since Avacado is a good fat a little in moderation is fine.

I love this recipe, but also always use lime juice for extra flavor.
