Mexican Coleslaw

A spicy coleslaw that a fabulous crunchy salad or side dish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Shred cabbage, grate carrot, chop jalapeno (deseeded), onions and cilantro.
  2. Add juice of 3 limes and cayenne pepper.
  3. Stir well and refrigerate. Best serve after chilled for at least a few hours.

What is the serving size for this recipe? It looks great!

Great flavor but I couldn't get past the fact that it didn't taste like "coleslaw". I plan to try it again and instead of shredding and grating the veggies...I am going to chop more like a "salad". That way I don't have that mental thought of what coleslaw is supposed to be:) Thanks for the recipe though!!
