Mediterranean Greek Salad
Using typically Mediterranean ingredients, this salad is great for lunch.

Directions
- In a bowl, combine the lettuce, red onion, feta cheese, cucumber and kalamata olives.
- Separately take the dressing ingredients of olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, salt and black pepper and mix well.
- Drizzle the salad dressing over the salad until well coated.
