  1. Follow the instructions on the packet for microwaving.
  2. You can flavorings but remember they will make it more fattening. A sprinkle of salt should do.

I add cinnamon and splenda to my popcorn and its sooooo much better!! It helps take care of that sweet tooth during the day.

Popcorn isn't in phase 1 though.

I make popcorn on a regular basis and love to add fresh graded parmasian and ground red peper. All you do is microwave popcorn in bag and while hot put in a bowl add cheese and chyanne pepper. I could have this for breakfast.
