Lemon Turkey Cutlets

Low calorie turkey cutlets with lemon and sage.

Directions

  1. Flatten turkey cutlets to 1/8" thickness.
  2. Dredge in flour, salt, pepper and sage. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add cutlets and cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
