A light bulgur wheat dish perfect with a nice salad.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cook bulgur wheat as per packet instructions.
- Once cooked add zest of lemon and juice of the lemon.
- Crush some garlic and add some herbs (to taste, such as lemony mint, thyme or parsley).
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Serve and enjoy!

Too lemony and I was the only one that liked it even a little. My kids and husband wouldn't take more than 1 bite.
