Kale Leek Soup

A heavenly and healthy dish to warm you up on those cold fall and winter days.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil, add in a pinch of salt to taste.
  2. Chop all vegetables into chunks, wash and place them into the pot.
  3. Boil the vegetables till they become tender and can easily be poked with a fork.
  4. Place half a cup of water onto a blender and add your cooked vegetables then blend on a medium speed until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
