Directions
- Mix chicken base with xanthan gum. Add water and soy sauce and mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients except for egg. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
- In a small bowl, scramble the egg and pour it into the soup while stirring in one direction.
- Let simmer for a few minutes more and enjoy.
