Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- Mix honey, lemon juice and soy sauce together.
- Marinate chicken in the honey mixture for at least 30 minutes (can be longer if you want the mixture to really soak in).
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Be sure to baste the chicken a few times during cooking so that chicken does not dry out.

I like this... easy to make - I added a finely chopped chilli for a little spice

This was delicious. It was easy to make. Some may need to add some spice to it, but I liked it a little sweeter.

Loved it. Boyfriend loved it too and he's not on a diet. Especially good with some of the sauce dripped over the chicken after cutting it up.

It was okay, but it tasted the same as a glaze I use. It's the same thing as Captain Rodney's Sweet and Spicy Pepper Glaze for less calories.

Made this today for myself and my husband. We both enjoyed it. I used turkey breast but will try with chicken next time. Served with boiled potatoes and veg. Will definitely be making this on a regular basis. Very easy and very tasty. Thank you.
