A low carb chicken noodle soup for the health of your body.

Directions

  1. Sauté onion, carrot, celery in small amount of olive oil, then add some water and cook until soft.
  2. Add stock, low carb noodles, parsley and cook till noodles are done.
  3. Add cooked chicken, heat through and enjoy.

I'm not who thought this was good for S. Beach Diet Phase I. We can't have any grains or starches. Hel-looo?!

I ate this for 2 weeks when I was sick and nothing tasted good! I used Dreamfield Linguine broken into 2 inch pieces to keep the carb count low. It was delicious
