  2. Tightly roll the pickle spear and eat immediately or secure with toothpick for later.
  3. Note; look at packages for the best low carbs, like the cream cheese.

Reviews 
Be careful with ham though.... it is one of the deli meats that often has a form of sugar baked into it. (typically molasses) Ask the deli manager for a nutritional information sheet on the content of the foods behind the counter. I believe they are required to have that available now.
