Yes, they are both acceptable foods for phase one.
These are great with Turkey or Ham, but I use Chive Onion Cream easy and great snack!

These are great but for an added kick put a dash of cayenne pepper in the cream cheese and roll 5 black olives in it. Yummy!!

These are ok but I roll a kosher dill pickle spear in it!

I make these all the time. I also roll up ham with lettuce or asparagus, or melt some cheese ! The boys love it !
