Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Beat eggs well.
- Mix eggs, oil and milk (more or less depending on desired thickness)to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Prepare pancakes and enjoy.

I've always prefered homemade pancakes versus to boxed mixes. I usually mix up a batch of this batter on the weekend and freeze it for later use.

One serving is One Pancake? Not realistic in a low carb diet. A nominal serving of 3 cakes would be over 30 grams of carbs. Way out of line for the day.
