Garden Vegetable Stacker

A delicious quick 10 minute snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut both large tomatoes into 6 slices of tomato each.
  2. Place the 6 of the tomato slices separately on a plate and top each with a cheese slice. Drizzle with half of the Italian dressing.
  3. Then top each one with an onion slice, 2 cucumber slices and the second tomato slice.
  4. Drizzle the rest of the dressing over the 6 stackers and top each one with a basil leaf.

Used Balsamic Vinegar was great. Really easy too.

Great recipe and it would be even healthier without the italian dressing. Use South Beach Balsamic Vinegar if dressing is needed.
