Fruity Cheesecake Mousse

A low carb creamy cheesecake mousse.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil water. Melt any sugar free flavor of gelatin (like Jell-O), in hot water. Stir until dissolved.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. stir in gelatin.
  3. Whip heavy cream into peaks. Fold in gelatin mixture. Stir in sour cream.
  4. Chill 3 hours.
