  1. Cram everything into blender and blend for about a minute or until smooth.
  2. Check it's the consistency you like and add a bit more water if it's a bit thick.

Except for the lettuce (all that in a blender?), it sounds perfect for a veggie and fruit smoothie! I'll sub some kale or swiss chard for the lettuce, will add more vitamins. Plain lettuce has almost no nutritional value... Happy Smoothie-ing!

Not suitable at all. Not suitable in any phase of Atkins. It has a total of 55.8 carb (after the fiber is deducted) AND it had 46.37 Sugar carbs.

Can't imagine how this must taste with 2 heads of lettuce. Too many calories. I would rather eat 316 calories and not drink it. Better options out there.
