  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until desired consistency.
  3. Note: use a blender that will grind/blend whole nuts and fruit. Add more fruit for a thicker consistency.

I used unsweetened almond milk and organic green grapes, it reduced the calories a bit. Was very good.
