Fried Plantain

A special easy and tasty treat.



  1. Peel plantain and slice into small wedges.
  2. Add canola oil to fry pan. Heat and spread evenly with a spoon.
  3. Add plantain. Cook each slide until lightly browned.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
