this is a great way to have your sweet bread or just bread. I added pecans and cinnamon. Add a little cream cheese to the top. Or butter.. So Good. And continue to lose 2lbs. a week.

you can use yellow flax meal and it will taste a lot better. It's in the healthy food aisles.

Made this tonight..was very good. Even my husband liked it...and he never does healthy! I used half flax seed/half sunflower seed mixture, added cinnamon and nutmeg, and since I didn't have walnuts I substituted dried mixed fruit bits. I also substituted Agave Nectar rather than using artificial sweetener. Think it needs a pinch of salt though.

You can find Flax seed at your local GNC. They have ground or whole seed. Ground seed gives you great ant-oxident properties according to Dr. OZ.

I make this every week! I add a bit of cocoa, cinnamon, wheat germ and coconut. Tastes more like a brownie with the extra sweetness. Just add little more water to compensate for more dry ingredients. Thanks so much for the recipe.
