Fennel Citrus Salad

A very simple salad with great crunchiness and flavor.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and thinly slice fennel bulb and put in bowl.
  2. Peel and section oranges. Cut sections in half and add to fennel.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper over salad.
  4. Add red wine vinegar and olive oil, toss salad.
  5. Add cranberries toss again and serve.
