A very simple salad with great crunchiness and flavor.
Ingredients
Directions
- Wash and thinly slice fennel bulb and put in bowl.
- Peel and section oranges. Cut sections in half and add to fennel.
- Sprinkle a pinch of kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper over salad.
- Add red wine vinegar and olive oil, toss salad.
- Add cranberries toss again and serve.
