Fake French Toast

Great way to avoid bread but still get the sweetness of french toast.

  1. Heat pan with favorite cooking spray until hot.
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Add the splenda and cinnamon, beat well.
  4. Pour into pan and heat on medium heat with a lid to create a fluffy top.

I think I am going to try putting them in muffin tins and baking them, and sprinkle with splenda and cinnamon too, make cinnamon rolls, and when I am ready to heat them up, drizzle a little butter sub. for icing.

Just substitute the sweetner with flora key and use non stick cooking pan instead of cooking spray.....and it would be excellent in Fat Flushers!

I don't like to eat a lot of egg, 1 is more than enough for me...but I made it thin, kind of like a pancake. It was delicious! Didn't even taste like eggs to me.

I tried it, it was yummy, just like french toast minus the bread!

sounds good, will have to try it tonight for dinner

I would probably cut the serving in half or more. I believe 1 egg is about 1/4 cup, so 1 cup of egg is 4 eggs!
