Egg White Avocado Salad

A tasty healthy salad with apples, avocado and egg whites.



  1. Place all ingredients (except lettuce) in bowl and toss gently.
  2. Serve on lettuce.

Instead of 2 tbsp of light mayonnaise I only put one a replace the second by low fat plain yogourt, really creamy...
