Egg Buttons

Egg, cheese and green onions baked in muffin size bites for a meal on the go.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Grease mini muffins tins
  2. In a bowl combine all ingredients
  3. Fill the muffin tins using a spoon as the cheese and the onion will all run to the bottom.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

what a neat concept...I am hosting a brunch in a couple weeks and this will definitely make the "egg portion" alot easier...can make each one individual for a made to order but do it all at once timing. Next time going to use bacon bits, veggies, and sausage slices alternately! Thanks cbella!

made something similar to this. i used a total of 10 eggs, 2 egg yolks though. mine was for 24 little mini egg buttons. It was very great!!!
