You have to taste them, before ya knock em'! Each & every calorie is SO worth it! This is a Devin Alexander recipe BTW. So, I'm not tooting my own horn by saying this. :o)

It was hard to stir mix the dry with the wet. The serving size was smaller than I anticipated. The taste was too chocolatey for myself, but my friends really seemed to enjoy it. If you need less calories per serving, you can always substitute sugar with a sugar substitute like equal or splenda.

I'm not knocking the taste but this really is not a diet food no matter how you spin it.

I used Truvia instead of sugar (there's a conversion chart on their website), and WOW. These brownies are SO chocolatey and delicious. I'm glad I doubled the recipe, these babies are going to straight-up disappear!

i made these today, but i didnt use regular sugar, i used 1/2 cup of brown sugar lightly packed and whole wheat flour, and added ground flax seed (about 2 tbsp). i also made these in mini muffin tins then cut them in half. half of one is rich and thick enough to stop my cravings, and too sweet to go back for more! bravo!
