Double Chocolate Brownies

Moist fudgy and so yummy chocolate brownies.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix wet ingredients in one bowl.
  2. Mix dry, in another bowl, all except chocolate chips.
  3. Then fold both together gently until there are no lumps.
  4. Pour into greased (with butter flavor cooking spray) 8x8" pan.
  5. Top with mini chocolate chips and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 20-22 minutes. or until done.
  6. Let cool. Cut into 12 servings and enjoy.

This sounds great! I will have to make mine with Xylitol and wheat flour to meet my diet, which significantly reduces calories and sugars!

i made these today, but i didnt use regular sugar, i used 1/2 cup of brown sugar lightly packed and whole wheat flour, and added ground flax seed (about 2 tbsp). i also made these in mini muffin tins then cut them in half. half of one is rich and thick enough to stop my cravings, and too sweet to go back for more! bravo!

I used Truvia instead of sugar (there's a conversion chart on their website), and WOW. These brownies are SO chocolatey and delicious. I'm glad I doubled the recipe, these babies are going to straight-up disappear!
