Curried Eggs

Easy to make curried eggs that are great for a salad. Also known as 'Hurry Curry'.



  1. Mash all the ingredients together.
  2. Spread over a dark green leafy simple salad. You can add a little parsley or chives.

Simple and tasty recipe. Nice variation to the basic hard-boiled or deviled egg. Would make a great snack too.
