Crab Salad

A healthier but yummy take on a crab salad.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Flake apart crab.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and all spices together.
  3. In a large bowl add crab and all other ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Get your favorite low carb crackers and enjoy.
  5. Note: may also have as a sandwich or on a salad.

To fit my food plan, I would have to take out the tomato and go for full fat on dairy. I don't like peppers, so I would eliminate them.
