Chocolate Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A yummy way to get in dairy and fruit . Good for those who can't seem to eat breakfast.

  1. Slice the banana.
  2. Put all ingredients into a blender. (Use fat free chocolate syrup if available).
  3. Blend until ice is crushed.
  4. Adjust milk amount as needed.

This recipe is so not for the atkins diet of any phase. But it sounds great. :(

You are right, as written its not great for Atkins, but once you get to later phases of OWL you can use the Atkins chocolate shake instead of milk, and fresh strawberries and fresh banannas in it.
If I could rate zero I would. This does not belong on Atkins at all.
How do you get 16g of Protein from those ingredients?
