Chinese Cabbage with Oyster Sauce

Great as a side dish.

Directions

  1. In a large pot, heat peanut oil. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add cabbage and cook for a few minutes, until cabbage starts to release some of its juices.
  3. Add oyster sauce and sesame oil. Stir until cabbage is soft.
