Chicken Vegetable Stir-Fry

Great for the whole family. Use any veggies you have.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, saute the garlic and ginger in peanut oil and stir quickly for 30 seconds.
  2. Raise the heat, add the chicken, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli, water chestnuts, and red pepper while stirring quickly after each addition.
  4. Finally, add the soy sauce, oyster, and brown sugar and cook until the vegetables are tender but not soggy.
  5. Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy your meal.
