Love these wings... as a variation, I've crushed up pork rinds in the food processor and mixed the cheese 50/50 to the rinds and added seasoning like Old Bay and cayenne for some extra zing!
I just don't get it.646 cal.for one?
One serving here is approx 5 1/2 ounces of chicken wings when measured raw. The parm cheese in this was a really nice flavor addition! Great for Atkins, all stages.

I think the Nutrition Facts to the side are off. I think it is showing the nutrition for all 32 wings instead of breaking it in to the 6 servings.

For the crunch. I dip my wings in a egg batter then into crushed pork rinds. You can use BBQ or Spicy for some kick to them. And no extra carbs
