A quick and simple chicken soup.
Ingredients
Directions
- Thinly slice onion and cabbage.
- Put everything into pot to boil until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Cube or shred chicken into bite sized pieces. Return to pot.
- Serve with a sprinkle of paprika.
- Note: this can be eaten plain or over brown rice.
