Chicken and Broccoli Pasta
An easy, healthy pasta dish.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a pot, start boiling water for the pasta and add some salt.
- in another small pot bring to boil 2 cups water and chicken stock cube and then add broccoli until cooked.
- In a non-stick pan add olive oil and garlic and onion.
- Once garlic and onion are golden, add chicken and mushrooms and cook until brown, adding salt and also chicken stock from broccoli to keep moist.
- Combine broccoli with chicken and pasta and sauté for a minute.
