Cheesy Potatoes with Spinach

Cooked potatoes with spinach and cream cheese.



  1. Boil potatoes in water with some salt and cook until tender.
  2. Add spinach and mix gently with the potatoes.
  3. Add cream cheese (like Laughing Cow) and milk. Mix well.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
