Cheesy Chicken and Spinach
A delicious and inspiring main dish that will combines all your nutrition needs in a bowl.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cook chicken in a saucepan, season as desired. (If stuffing, slice open center prior to cooking.)
- Cut up tomatoes and spinach in to bite sized pieces.
- Sauté vegetables in pan, season with garlic and salt as desired.
- Shred or grate preferred cheese, like mozzarella, and add to pan.
- When chicken is done cooking remove it from heat. You can either smother the chicken or stuff it with the vegetables mix.

I really liked this one! I stuffed the chicken and sauteed some yellow onion instead of tomatos (can't stand them). I did season the chicken with some red pepper flakes to give it a bit of a kick.

This was a very satisfying meal! I replaced the tomatoes with red bell peppers and onions because I didnt have tomatoes and it was wonderful

This was really easy to do, filling and the chicken was lovely and moist. Will definately make again.

I like the idea. I substituted the mozzarella with feta and voila!

We love it and it's so east to make! We grilled the chicken, sauteed onion and garlic, then added extra spinach, the tomato and cheese.
