I can't seem to edit this recipe anymore, but only 2 cubes of bouillon is necessary for this recipe. Sodium free bouillon can also be substituted in this recipe.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe.
One of my favorites. I took the easy way of using a cajun seafood seasoning packet which had all the ingredients I would use and it didn't seem to cause any change in my weight loss.

This recipe is AWESOME!! That being said, I substitued flounder for the catfish (catfish being too expensive for my budget) and zucchini for the okra, as I'm not a fan of okra. However, despite the substitutions, I would recommend this to ANYONE looking for something a bit different or something zesty. Restaurant quality stew, for sure!!! YUMMY!!!!!

I'm making this dish for the second time. Delicious dishes like this make it easy to stay on the right diet path. I also used low sodium bouillon. I cut the spicy stuff bc I have to make it kid friendly. Great recipes for the second time around! Thanks for posting this. :)

I give it 5 stars because for ONCE my husband loved something I cooked that was healthy! I thought is was pretty good too, and I don't like catfish or okra, the kids couldn't get past the ingredients, so they missed out.
